Supporting young carers in Milton Keynes

Carers MK exists entirely to support the health and wellbeing of individuals who are caring for someone who cannot manage without them due to illness, physical disability, frailty, learning disability, mental health issues, addiction or additional needs.

The Foundation is providing funds to provide 12 months of transport for teenage carers to get them to Carers MK’s monthly social club where they can meet other young carers, get support with their education and university applications and access broader support services.
