SOFEA

SOFEA helps young people who have been excluded from school or are from troubled backgrounds with education, life and job skills.

WHF is supporting the charity’s pre-employment programme helping young people develop workplace skills while still in education.

SOFEA also partners with FareShare to run a warehouse that distributed 3.9 million meals to communities in 2023. Many of the team working in the warehouse are graduates of the SOFEA programme.

In 2023 SOFEA had 86 young people on full-time education programmes; 616 people in employability programmes, and 502 people received wellbeing support.
