The Dash begins with windsurfers and wing-foilers taking part in a Le Mans-style start at Overcome beach in Dorset then racing across Weymouth Bay into the North shipping channel of Portland Harbour, out of the harbour’s East channel and back to Overcombe beach, a total of nine miles.
